The order rules define the communication, purchase and sale rules and service provision of UAB “Baltic Production Service” (hereinafter – the Seller) and purchasing services on this website for users (hereinafter – the Buyers).
Only registered Buyers can order a lighting design solution or a lighting design solution with
1. The desired lighting design solution is selected;
2. Choose one of two options: Order design or Order design and technical service;
2.1. After selecting Order design, the Buyer is directed to the order form, where he
can provide additional information and order the design.
2.2. After choosing Order design and technical service, the Buyer is directed to the
order form, where he indicates the planned dates of the event and additional
information (if any).
3. After the order sent a message to the Buyer’s e-mail address that the order has been
received (and is being processed) and will be contacted shortly.
4. The Seller’s manager contacts the buyer to discuss the content of the order and the
possibilities for its implementation.
5. After discussing the need for the order, an invoice is sent for payment.
6. After invoice payment sent to e-mail of the Buyer documents necessary for the
implementation the lighting design solution.
